In response to the “Ministry of the Interior's Policy of Promoting the Issuance of the New UI Number for Foreign Nationals”, and to ensure the rights and interests of all policyholders and insured persons, we kindly remind you to change to the New UI No. as soon as possible.
 

※If you have changed your New UI Number, please re-register as a member of the official website, thank you!

If you have already been issued a New UI Number, you are reminded of the following:
 

A.  Please bring the original copy of your “latest identification certificate (Resident Certificate or APRC)” and passport to any branch office of CTBC insurance to update your UI Number.
 

B.  You can also contact your sales representative to assist with the endorsement process of new UI No..
 

C.  After you have completed the process of changing your UI No., we recommend that you update your new UI No. with your bank so that we can smoothly complete the payment deposit / deduction procedure.
